Scribble! and Scribble Talk Image Library FAQ's

Q: Who owns all of these images?
A: This library is here for the members of Scribble!/Scribble Talk to use as reference for derivative artwork, therefore; these images are considered in the public domain, however, the ownership of each image remains with the person who uploaded it to the image library.

Q: When I upload an image, am I giving permission for others to use the image as a reference for a painting or drawing?
A: Yes! However the photographer of the image still retains the reproduction rights of the image itself. The artist using the photo as reference may not reproduce this image in it's original form.

Q: When posting my images am I giving permission to said artist to create prints of or sell their derivative artwork of my image?
A: Yes! The artist of the derivative work retains all copyrights to that artwork derived from you image.

Q: How do I contribute my photos to the Image Library?
A: First you have to register as a member, click here to become member of the Scribble!/Scribble Talk Image Library. Then just simply login in using your user id and password and click on the link in the navagation bar titled Upload Photos.

Q: What if I don't see a category where my photo can reside?
A: Send an email to the Administrator.

Q: What size image can I upload?
A: 1050 x 1050 Pixels at 150 DPI is the maximum size 400 x 400 pixels is the minimum. The 1050 x 1050 at 150 DPI will give the members a 5x7 picture at a fairly good resolution.
